« Previous EntriesFutures Online Trading Strategy, Know The Best One?
Thursday, February 12th, 2009Many people have heard about the Futures Market and how they can earn a substantial income by trading these markets. But many of them don’t have a clear idea of what futures are and how they can make money with them.
In short: a futures contract is a standard contract that is traded on a futures exchange. This means that the entity owning the contract can buy or sell a certain underlying instrument (a commodity most of the time) at a certain date in the future, at a pre-set price. The future date is called the delivery date of the contract or the final settlement date. The pre-set price of the commodity is called the futures price of the commodity. The price of the commodity on the delivery date is called the settlement price. Normally the settlement price converges towards the futures price on the given delivery date.
How To Win Her Back - Win Her Back Fast With These Tricks
Thursday, February 12th, 2009Sometimes, it is quite difficult to believe how pathetic us guys really are.
So often I read articles both online and in magazines suggesting that the best way to get a girl back is to buy her a big bunches of flowers or to write lots of slushy love poems for her, and stuff like that.
And, you know something?
Every time I read such an article, I find myself shaking my head in disbelief that anybody would really believe that following such advice could ever work.
Think about it this way.
Did your find you attractive in the first place because you wrote love poems or bought flowers? Or, did she fall for you because you were strong, decisive and a person who made things happen?
Choosing The Right Debt Settlement Company
Thursday, February 12th, 2009Well, you’ve probably heard it stated on several occasions: Consumer debt in the United States is spiraling out of control and families are finding endless struggles trying to stay financially afloat. Worse yet, Americans are losing their homes to foreclosure at alarming rates. So, what do you do if your credit card debt is becoming unaffordable, but you don’t want to lose your home?
Fortunately, you have options, and debt settlement seems to be growing in popularity as individuals across the country are facing these struggles and looking for ways to avoid foreclosure and bankruptcy filings. While many people choose to attempt to negotiate with their creditors on their own in an effort to reach settlement agreements, which will reduce the payoff amount of their credit cards, many more choose to hire a professional debt settlement firm to represent them.
How Do I Trademark A Domain Name?
Thursday, February 12th, 2009The process for filing for a trademark for a domain name is similar to any other name in terms of comprehensive research and analysis being a necessity.
Comprehensive research consists of looking at marks that are similar in Sound, Appearance or Meaning in the pending & registered Federal AND State trademark files as well as the US National Common-Law files.
There is one big caveat when it comes to trademarking domain names and it has to do with usage of the domain name.
“A mark composed of a domain name is registrable as a trademark or service mark only if it functions as a source identifier,” so says the USPTO. Okay, but what does that mean?
Online Loans - The Benefits Of Applying Online
Thursday, February 12th, 2009In the past making an application for any sort of loan could prove to be a laborious and time consuming process, which often involved having to visit the lender or bank through which you were taking the loan, or at best having to spend long periods of time glued to the phone trying to arrange your loan, wasting both your time and your phone bill. These days, however, things are a little different in that there is now the Internet, which makes applying for loans far faster, far easier, and far more convenient.
Read This Before Filling Out A Student Credit Card Application
Thursday, February 12th, 2009Most kids can’t wait to get that first credit card. While it can be an exciting moment in a young adult’s life, it is not something that should be rushed into without doing some homework first (after all you are students). Research the criteria and terms of the card, set some limits for yourself and, if applicable, admit that you’re not ready for the responsibility. The purpose of this article is to discus the questions you should ask yourself before filling out a student credit card application.
Am I Old Enough? This one may seem like common sense but every year credit card companies send pre-approved applications to seventeen years olds enrolled in college. If you are not 18 than it is not legal for you to have a credit card, even if the company sends you a application.
Making Money With Stock Investing - The Strategy
Thursday, February 12th, 2009How can one make money in stock markets? Stocks are undoubtedly one of the most fascinating investments in financial markets. While they have made millionaires out of ordinary folks, they have also made paupers
After a long innings with stock investing, I strongly feel in favor of blue chip stocks and companies which have a long history. The best thing in this market is not to be greedy. Greed makes one to pick wrong stocks and trading at wrong time.
I have had very disastrous results after following advice of popular investment houses like Schaeffer’s. I would suggest not to listen to them. Often times, their advisers are promoting stocks which have remote chances of success and which are in deep red. Their speculative advice is a disaster most of the times.
Activating Affluence
Thursday, February 12th, 2009I’m a firm believer that we are here to create our own destinies. Our lives are exactly as we have made them - for good or bad.
I’m fairly certain that most people involved are either living the good life or are on the path to the good life because expanding our universes is truly one of the best ways to get exactly what we want out of life. Lately I’ve been thinking a lot about affluence. From the principles of affluence, to the thoughts, to action, to the realization. Installing an affluent mindset and thought processes will help you to realize your dreams. I’m talking here about the strategies of the world’s wealthiest.

What Does Separation Of Church And State Really Mean?
Thursday, February 12th, 2009The much-bandied about phrase “separation of church and state” means different things to different people. To those from the secular humanist persuasion, it means that the state can make no public acknowledgement of religion, have no religious displays, recognize no tax exemptions for churches, and goes so far to regulate even religious expressions of private individuals in the public arena out of line. One also hears that any attempt by others to “moralize” or use any religious values to argue for a policy should be silenced. On the other hand, there are those who believe the matter is simply that the government should not establish an official state church, or that a church should not be anointing officials in the government. Other than that, people should believe and practice how they see fit. Both sides couch their arguments on constitutional theories, some involving Thomas Jefferson’s wall of separation letter.
Guidelines For Building Wealth
Thursday, February 12th, 2009- Always pay yourself first by saving and investing at least 10% of your income for yourself and your family. You should always save the maximum amount possible but 10% of earnings is the recommended minimum savings rate.
- Own your primary residence and continue paying down your mortgage. Do not use the equity in your home as a cash machine for making consumer purchases which depreciate in value over time.
- Live within your means by utilizing a budget and effectively managing your debt. Use your take home pay (minus 10% saved) and then subtract your expenses. Simple grade school math will tell you how much disposable and discretionary income you have each month. And if you can save more, do it!
